Deposits and Final Payments
A 50% Deposit must be made at time of booking. Full payment is required upon arrival.

Cancellations:
If booking is cancelled giving 15 days notice we will refund your deposit less a 5% administration fee. If cancellation is less than the 15 days of arrival there is no refund unless we can secure another tenant.

Check In:
The apartments are available from 1.00pm on the day of arrival. Unless previously arranged with Site Managers.

Check Out:
The apartment is to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure unless previously arranged with Site Managers. Additional costs may be incurred for extended checkout.

Pets:
Although much loved, pets are not allowed in apartments under any circumstances.

Note:
Management reserves the right to charge guest credit card for damages and breakages, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.

We will not be responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked and our cancellation policy will apply.
